I am the the artist and creator of Imaginary Western Landscapes. My artistic journey began when I left the flat plains of my hometown of Glenview, IL, for the mountains of Boise, Idaho at the invitation of a good friend. At the end of a year of travelling throughout the west, I was introduced to acrylic paint before returning home. I im

My artistic journey began when I left the flat plains of my hometown of Glenview, IL, for the mountains of Boise, Idaho at the invitation of a good friend. At the end of a year of travelling throughout the west, I was introduced to acrylic paint before returning home. I immediately started painting landscapes from my imagination. Till this day, when I pick up a brush to paint, I feel the majestic embrace of how nature has filled my mind with big skies, mountains, and clear running streams.
